Business Development Consultant

We are looking for an exceptional Business Relationship Development Consultant. Would you have the gift to establish sincere and long term partnership and what it takes to claim the status of trusted advisor for our clients, please feel yourself home at Kronos Group.

Main responsibilities:

1/ Business development

  • Expand your network to build a strong portfolio of key accounts;
  • Participate to networking events and be the ambassador of our brand;
  • Active prospection using Kronos Group’s network.                                        

2/ Team management

  • Manage your consultants to meet client needs;
  • Recruit talented consultants to develop your team.

3/ Project Follow-up with clients, coachs and the consultants working in your team.

 

Your profile:

  • Master degree in business, management or Economics;
  • Fluent in English as well as in Dutch and/or French;
  • First successful experience in the consulting or recruitment industry;
  • Experience in finance or procurement / supply chain is a strong asset;
  • Strong network in Belgium mandatory;
  • Excellent communicator;
  •  Autonomous, flexible and high learning agility;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Resilience.
