Context: new positions due to internal growt

Main responsibilities:

· Be our employer’s brand ambassador;

· Target the right candidates;

· Build relationships with the candidate and maintain a permanent pipeline;

· Screen the candidates

· Assess them during interviews;

· Advice the business on candidates to hire;

· Manage data;

· Continuous process improvement.

Your profile:

· Winner mentality;

· Master degree in human resources, business, psychology or equivalent by experience;

· Fluent in English, Dutch and French;

· At least a first successful experience as a recruiter in the consulting or recruitment industry mandatory;

· Active listener, excellent communicator, good drive, proactive and creative;

· Experience in recruiting finance or procurement / supply chain profiles is a strong asset.
