· Master degree in human resources, business, psychology or equivalent by experience;
· Fluent in English, Dutch or French;
· At least a first successful experience as a recruiter in the consulting or recruitment industry mandatory;
· Active listener, excellent communicator, good drive, proactive and creative;
· Experience in recruiting finance or procurement / supply chain profiles is a strong asset.
